One 7-hour session

Lean construction methods are being used by more and more project teams to manage and ultimately deliver projects in more efficient ways.  This all day open forum work shop explores what lean construction is, how it is implemented, the paradigm shift it represents, and the role it will play in the future of construction.

This open forum will engage participants through facilitator led discussions and panel participation.  A mock “Pull Planning” session will be part of this forum.
