Two 4-hour sessions

Don’t let the process of writing and implementing a solid business plan be confusing or intimidating. This hands-on workshop takes all the mystery out of writing and utilizing an effective business plan.  The workshop encompasses two half-day sessions.

Day One: Participants will be given tools and the support necessary to write their plans.  Day Two: Financial experts will assist in evaluating the ‘business plans in progress’ of participants for completeness, effectiveness.  They will also receive guidance on how to use it as a foundation for business growth.
